Milwaukee just dropped its biggest tool release of the year. Pipeline 2026, the brand’s annual media event, announced more than 100 new products on August 13, 2026, spanning cordless power tools, batteries, PACKOUT storage, hand tools, lighting, PPE, and jobsite apparel. Most items have firm release dates between now and mid-2027, and the headline item is the M18 RedLithium FORGE HD15 battery at $379, the most powerful M18 pack Milwaukee has ever made.

Pipeline used to be called the Milwaukee Tool Symposium, then NPS (New Product Symposium), and is now the brand’s biggest single announcement window of the year. Pricing and availability for many items is already locked in. Pro Tool Reviews and ToolGuyd both flagged that some SKUs are still weeks or months out from retailer listings.

Headline batteries

The M18 RedLithium FORGE HD15 (48-11-1819) is the top of the announcement. Milwaukee claims it delivers 50% more power than the M18 High Output 12Ah pack, uses Cool-Cycle thermal management, and recharges to 80% in roughly 25 minutes. Ships January 2027 at $379.

The M18 RedLithium High Output XC5 (48-11-1855) at $169 and the oil-resistant XC5 Resistant (48-11-1855R) at $209 both ship September 2026. Milwaukee claims 50% more power than the older XC 5Ah pack. If those numbers hold up, this is the highest-output 5Ah M18 ever made, with the Resistant variant targeted at users who work around petroleum, grease, and solvents.

Rounding out the power family: the M18 Top-Off 350W Power Supply and Charger (2856-20) with two 120V AC outlets, a 100W bi-directional USB-C PD port, and a 15W USB-A port, ships February 2027 at a price still TBD. The M18 and M12 Four Bay Super Charger with PACKOUT compatibility is available now at $499, a refresh of the standalone model PTI covered earlier this summer.

New USA-made Ergo-Grip Screwdrivers carry a Lifetime Guarantee and laser-etched tips, April 2027. Ratcheting Adjustable Wrenches in 6, 8, and 10-inch sizes, plus a 3-piece set, ship March 2027. A 12-inch Quick Adjust Smooth Jaw Wrench (48-22-7200) at $69.97 ships January 2027.

Outdoor, PACKOUT, apparel

Milwaukee also expanded its pruning shear, hedge shear, and pruning saw lineup at the show, all shipping now between $29.98 and $89.98.

The M18 30-Quart PACKOUT Refrigerator (0810-20) at a price TBD, ships May 2027, with a -4°F to 43°F cooling range and dual-battery / AC / 12V DC vehicle power. On the apparel side, Milwaukee announced M12 Heated Shirt Jackets at $219.99 (ships now), Heated Merino Wool Baselayers at $199.99 each (ships now), and a Sherpa-lined hat and beanie lineup at $39.99 each. A waxed-canvas hat and workskin performance hat collection rounds out the headwear. The BOLT RedLithium USB Cooling Fan ships now at $134.99, the BOLT Personal Voltage Detector at $329 ships now, and the BOLT Rechargeable Low-Profile Headlamp at $99 ships now.

What this means for buyers

The Pipeline 2026 release is the biggest platform expansion Milwaukee has announced in years. For users already on the M18 platform, the FORGE HD15 at $379 is the headline; it’s the first M18 pack with a 15Ah-class cell count and Cool-Cycle active cooling, and the 80% recharge in 25 minutes claim puts Milwaukee in the same fast-charge conversation as Stihl’s AP 500 S and DeWalt’s PowerStack line. For users looking at hand tools and lighting, the FastBack knife lineup and BOLT PPE rollout give Milwaukee more reason to win the shop drawer over Klein and Snap-On.

Most items are Home Depot exclusives under Milwaukee’s retail exclusivity model. Retailer preorders are expected to roll out at Acme Tools, Tool Nut, and Ohio Power Tool over the coming weeks.
