Amazon has confirmed the dates: Prime Big Deal Days 2026 runs October 6-7, a 2-day members-only event kicking off at 12:01 a.m. PDT on Tuesday, October 6, with 48 hours of deals across more than 35 categories. That matches the historical pattern exactly: the 2025 event ran Oct 7-8 and the 2024 event ran Oct 8-9, both Tuesday-Wednesday. Event pricing has now ended, and the deals that survived are the ones this page tracks.
For tool buyers, the October event has a different shape than July’s Prime Day. October is when outdoor power equipment clears out at end of season (leaf blowers, mowers, chainsaws), and it’s traditionally strong on battery starter kits and accessories heading into the holidays. DeWalt, Makita, Metabo HPT, Bosch, and Amazon-native brands like AstroAI and Fanttik all ran real discounts during the 2025 October event. Milwaukee, Ryobi, and Ridgid sit this one out; they’re Home Depot exclusives, so any Amazon listing for those brands is third-party with no real discount behind it.
