The new Pro 24V lineup covers a drill/driver at $99.97, a mid-range hammer drill at $119, and a flagship hammer drill at $139. Each ships as a kit with a 2.0Ah battery and charger. With the brand’s 24V platform now north of 200 compatible tools, these drills slot in as the indoor-power-tool anchor for a yard-care company that’s been pushing deeper into the shop.
All three models share a brushless motor, an all-metal ratcheting chuck, and what the brand calls Spin-Stop kickback control. That sensor detects a sudden inertia change (a stalled bit binding in the workpiece) and stops the motor before the tool rips out of your wrist. Spin-Stop is standard on the drill/driver too, not just the hammer models.

Where the flagship lands
The HD5150’s 1,350 in-lbs of torque puts it on paper next to the Milwaukee M18 Fuel 2904 and DeWalt DCD999, both top-tier brushless hammer drills. At $139 kit, it lands at roughly one-third the price of those flagships. That’s the real story here: a 1,000+ in-lbs cordless hammer drill kit for $139 is new territory from a US-stocked brand. The DD560A1 undercuts most 18V/20V brushless drill/driver kits from the big four by 30-50% while still including the battery and charger.
The catch is the platform. Greenworks 24V PowerAll is real (14 core Pro tools, 200+ compatible 24V products), but it’s a yard-and-shop ecosystem without the contractor-grade handheld coverage of M18, M12, or DeWalt 20V MAX. Pros who already run a Milwaukee or DeWalt battery wall won’t replace it with this. Homeowners starting fresh, or anyone adding a second platform for the garage, will see the math a bit differently.
