Milwaukee unveiled a completely redesigned M12 FUEL ratchet at the 2026 World of Concrete show — and the most important change is right where tradespeople need it: the tool is significantly smaller.
The redesigned head is 25% smaller than the outgoing model. The body narrows by 14%. For electricians squeezing into junction boxes, plumbers working around pipe runs, or HVAC techs inside tight air handlers, that difference means reaching fasteners the old model couldn’t touch.
The Problem Milwaukee Fixed
The original M12 FUEL ratchet earned a solid reputation for power-to-size ratio, but in truly tight spots, tradespeople still grabbed a manual snap-on. The head profile was just too wide. This redesign is Milwaukee’s answer to that complaint — not a tweak, but a full overhaul of the ratchet’s geometry.
Full torque specifications haven’t been officially published. Check manufacturer specs for your specific application before purchasing.
The Rest of Milwaukee’s WOC 2026 Lineup
