- Milwaukee tools on Amazon — Milwaukee is sold exclusively first-party at Home Depot. Any Milwaukee listing on Amazon is a third-party seller, often at inflated prices with no manufacturer warranty. Shop Milwaukee at Home Depot instead.
- Ryobi on Amazon — Same deal. Ryobi is a Home Depot exclusive. Amazon listings are third-party.
- Ridgid on Amazon — Home Depot exclusive. Third-party Amazon listings don’t come with Ridgid’s lifetime service agreement.
- No-name “20V” drill kits — If you haven’t heard of the brand and it’s not in our list above, be cautious. These often use non-standard battery formats. DEKOPRO, KIMO, and Fanttik are the exceptions — they’re Amazon-native brands with solid track records.

Best strategy: if you see a price you like on a tool we’ve reviewed, buy it now. Rotating sales like this don’t hold prices for the full week. Stock levels are already getting thin on some items — the DCF845B impact driver and Metabo HPT MultiVolt circular saw both have under 20 units left.
